Enjoy the view morning, day and night in this coastal contemporary build that draws the eye to the open ceiling space with a uniquely vaulted wood-beam ceiling. The lighting complements the wood-beams with large, dual oil-bronze fans, a modern, industrial chandelier and flush mount LEDs all working together to bring a warm glow day and night. Careful attention was paid to sharing the early evening warm sunset glow through dusk. This was a custom project, including custom design, installation of multiple fixtures, and running the required services for the home.

There’s the problem, power cords has been run through the wall; power through the wall.
Work with me here, what is the craziest thing you’ve ever seen? How about a powered appliance cord wired through the wall? Honestly, just when we think we might have seen everything, this popped up back in June 2010.
The age of the home might give this away, but let’s assume you have a new appliance with no outlet. The solutions could be a) run wire through the wall or b) call for a solution, assess the best options, agree to run new service to the appliance side of the wall.

This is where we can help! There is nothing quite like electrical oddities such as using an adjoining rooms power outlet. We can run new wire, install new outlets, or modify the service you currently have. Keeping safety in mind, we will find a solution that makes sense. Unlike the example mentioned, ideally you would want to avoid running power cords or supplies to any appliance or machine through a wall. Burnt Panel, Time for a little TLC (Time, Love and Care)
Yikes. When it comes to electrical work, safety is key. One breaker failure can cause more damage than you might expect. The most probable scenario is that the breaker failed due to standards or code issue. I was brought in as the expert to assess the damage and ended up working on a full service rewire, replacing breakers, and installing a new box.

Of course, once the panel was cleaned up, and cleaned out, standards requirements dictated that the code be brought in line with current standards. This included standard procedures for matching services, wiring, breakers etc. The number one priority was reducing electrical fires and damage caused by fire.
The following items were replaced: the panel box, breakers, various wiring sizes, debris was cleaned out, and fire-damaged areas around the box and piping were cleaned/sanitized (where applicable). The panel was fully inspected, operational and ready for service to the property.
